Episode 4, part 2

A spiritual journey is an inward search that a person goes on to explore different sides of life and the self.

A spiritual journey can be either a personal spiritual discovery or a search for answers to life’s biggest questions.

Sometimes in the end the seeker realizes that they are one with all of life and that everything’s existence is interconnected.

Spiritual journey is an interesting concept  that can be approached by different angles, either religious and new age. This program is dedicated to interviews with different people to try to answer these questions. But not just that, also to observe what is the journey of an individual’s spirit, how can the spirit grow and develop? Should you necessarily do something specific to be happy, self-sufficient and successful on that path?

Οur guest for the fourth episode is Jani Toivonen. His goal is to bring people together, to one’s own nature, strength and love. Jani has a background as a long-time martial arts enthusiast and coach. He has attended numerous coaching and wellness training and is deeply familiar with the healing potential of vibrations and sound.

Through spiritual and yogic exercises, Jani has developed a very unique holistic way of bringing people back to their own natural rhythm and balance.

He holds space not only through comprehensive exercises but also through sound vibrations, and creates a space where participants can experience deep relaxation, presence and the magic of natural rhythm. Jani’s focus in life is to find true simplicity and connection, peace and happiness flow – and also share it with others.

All that we were discussing in our interview with this incredibly sunny person. More information about Jani on his website https://www.valonkadet.com/tietoja-minusta and IG @valonkadet.
